what in the fuck did I just hear, then I guess barbell curls be hittin' them front delts huh!! It's not hitting the front delts it's there to assist your biceps on that last peak, same as if you lean your whole freakin' body to the side the front delts don't make no difference, the only difference now is your version of this shit is less effective to give the most stimulus as 1 bicep is working the other one is laying on rest giving no tension or added stimulus for maximum growth, so you're essentially just going have to stand there for longer just for some curls 😂😂😂

You can also grow your forearms just by doing back and arm exercises. My forearms have grown just from doing those and because of my wrist injuries I’m limited on certain movements.

1. overhead movements do not bias the long head of the tricep. that gets hit with ur arms by your sides 2. you can’t bias the bicep heads, they work together. google is free lil bro, no need to spread misinformation.
You got the first part wrong, and the second part is partially true. You can’t fully isolate the long head of the bicep but you can focus on it. You shouldn’t be talking 😂

For me, when the number and variations of exercises increase, I will be lazy to remember the weights last used.. If that is at a busy gym, I will find it difficult to get to the machine or weights. I used to do 4 exercises for each body part and wasted a lot of time doing nothing but waiting for the machines to be free. So, right now, I only do squats for the lower body and lower back, barbell rows for my back and biceps, pushups for my chest and triceps. 😊 All these can be done at home if you have a barbell and a few weights. You won't get bored or be lazy.
Just do both and save yourself 20 minutes to do something more useful.😢
